In running and operating this website we may collect and process certain data and information relating to you and your use of this site. We track this data to help us to ensure that we are running the best service possible for our shoppers and site users and so that we are able to develop the business as according to the need of its users. When you place an order with us, or interact with our website you may be asked to complete certain data fields which will result in you submitting personal data (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank / credit card details). We may also record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use.

Information automatically provided: we receive, process and store certain information whenever you interact with our website. Like many websites, we use “cookies” (see the “Cookies” section below) and obtain certain information automatically when your web browser accesses our website. Accessible information includes the IP address that your computer uses to connect to the internet; your computer, browser, operating system and internet connection details; purchase history; clickstream/path analysis of your journey through our website; and products you searched for. This data is held on our e-commerce platform and Wardrobe Wizard is able to access this information and download it. All downloadable data files are used expressly for the betterment of our service to our member shoppers. Data files are downloaded in CSV format, are encrypted and password protected.

Through Google Analytics, we measure and collect session information, length of visits to certain pages, repeat visits and page interaction information (such as clicks). There is no Personally Identifiable Data held with these records. We collect and study this data for the sole purpose of improving our service. This data may be shared with third parties.

Email communications: to help us make our email newsletter more useful and interesting for our customers we may attempt to receive a confirmation when you open and click on email newsletters from us (if your email software/service supports this option). If you no longer wish to receive email newsletters, please notify us using the links provided in each newsletter.

How we use this information


Information is kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to


1. process and deliver your order via the services of our nominated fulfilment partner; by placing an order you are giving permission to pass on the necessary details to our nominated fulfilment partner to enable delivery of your order. In order to dispatch your order our nominated fulfilment partner will pass only the necessary data to the appropriate carrier for delivery & tracking
2. provide customer support services to you
3. provide you with an up to date, efficient, and reliable service
4. administer prize draws
5. to build a better profile of you as a customer and personalise your shopping experience.

By making an order and/or submitting your data to us you agree to this use.

Data Security
When shopping on our website, we do not have access to transactional data. The transactional data required to process payment is secure and encrypted. We are not able to decrypt this information as we are a merchant only. If required, security and credit card safety information should be sought directly from the payment gateways.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Who else may see your data
In order to complete your order we may need to disclose some of your information to our delivery partners including Royal Mail, DPD and their affiliates.

Where applicable, we may disclose transactional information to any member of our business body. Marketing Communications Materials
When ordering from Wardrobe Wizard, entering competitions or otherwise interacting with us we may give you the chance to subscribe to our email newsletter. Our newsletter aims to provide our shoppers with information of new products.

Storing your personal data


Information that we collect may be transferred and stored outside of the European Union for the purpose of supplying our goods or services to you. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will always take all reasonable precautions to make sure that your data remains secure and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  Personally identifiable data is also held via our service partners. Transactional data sits within the payment platform and we do not hold data on file. Each of the following partners are Data Processors: Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, and other Analytical Plugins. We hold personally identifiable data by way of order related information. This data will link your purchases, name and address together. We also keep a record of your previous purchases. All computers, phones and tablet devices that have access to this data have encryption set up to protect all the data. All transactional data is also encrypted.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.
